Writing novels and writing brochures, website copy,  or social media posts is all about finding and telling compelling stories and playing with words, which is what I love doing.

I have thirty years in-house, agency and freelance experience as a PR consultant, journalist and copywriter. I spent twelve years at the BBC as a Press Officer and have worked as an account director and freelance for a number of projects including: The Bishop’s Palace, Wells, Superdrug, St Paul’s Cathedral, the Cotswold Wildlife Park and Gardens and The Landmark Trust.

• Bishop’s Palace - Display material, webcopy, visitor information, press features and fundraising literature for the development and restoration.

• Azure Collection - writing luxury travel brochures.

• Superdrug - Running ‘Hair Art’ roadshows with celebrity hairdressers and writing haircare guides.

• Cotswold Grass Seeds and FarmED - social media, blogs, newsletters, case studies, press packs, co-authoring guides for farmers. 

• Journalism - I have written for publications including The Times and Mail on Sunday.

I am now Marketing Co-ordinator for Cotswold Seeds and FarmED, the new centre for farming and food education.
